The system generates conceptual residential planning previews, schedules, DXF/SVG/PNG/PDF exports, and related presentation material.
The generated output is not a final architectural, structural, legal, permit, or construction drawing.
A licensed architect, engineer, surveyor, or qualified professional must review and approve any design before real-world use.
Credits are consumed when a successful AI generation or refinement is completed. Saved plan loading and downloads do not consume credits.
Users must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or third-party confidential information without permission.
The service may be unavailable due to OpenAI API, SMTP, hosting, quota, maintenance, or configuration issues.
