This guide explains the simplest workflow for creating a conceptual AI-assisted residential plan.

Create an account and confirm your email address. New verified users receive the signup bonus credits shown on the signup page.
Enter only the essential design inputs: project type, plot width, plot length, bedroom count, toilet count, road side, and design focus.
Click Generate With AI. The system uses the AI planner first, then the controlled drawing engine creates the preview, schedules, and exports.
Review the preview carefully. Use Generate Alternative Layout or the refinement tools if you want a different arrangement, more privacy, bigger kitchen, more ventilation, or a more compact layout.
Download SVG, DXF, PNG, PDF sheet, Room Schedule CSV, or Door/Window CSV after the plan is generated.
Saved plans can be loaded again without spending credits. New AI generation or refinement actions consume credits only after a successful output.
All outputs are conceptual. A licensed professional must review and finalize the design before real construction or legal use.
